Sample Menus.

All the courses and dishes in a menu have to work together, and then with the wines that a client might wish to serve.

Menu writing is truly an art; especially when those dining have little choice in selecting the dishes. They must please all, be presentable, practical to create and serve and reflect the care and consideration of the host.

There is a longer list of dishes here from which Christine might build a function menu while below are menus being served in the next few weeks to guests at a private dinner, a wedding breakfast, and a corporate lunch. You can view some sample dishes here.
